With Star Wars: The Force Awakens less than two months away, Haier Asia has unveiled a special R2-D2 mini-fridge that features a rotating head, sound effects, and remote controls.

Unfortunately, however, acquiring the fridge will be an expensive endeavor. Haier is charging 998,000 yen for the appliance, which TechRadar notes is just north of $8,200 USD before factoring shipping, tax, and import fees.

For a detailed look at the incredibly expensive appliance, check out the product overview below, courtesy of AQUA's official YouTube channel.

Doctor Who: "The Zygon Invasion" Review

Warning: Full spoilers below.

The Zygons returned in this week's episode of Doctor Who, "The Zygon Invasion." Or rather, it turns out they never left! And that's become a bit of a problem now for the Doctor, and the whole planet, actually.

Last seen in "The Day of the Doctor" (as we are reminded in the opening moments here), the Zygons struck a peace with Kate Stewart and UNIT after their attempted invasion of London in that episode. It seems the result of that truce was an agreement that allowed some 20 million Zygons to take up residency on Earth, disguised as ordinary humans via their shapeshifting (and budget-saving) natural abilities. But now, a rogue group of Zygons have decided that they want to live free in their natural form -- or die hard! Time to call in John McClane… or even better, Doctor Disco.

The Muppets Picked Up for a Full Season

ABC has ordered a full season for The Muppets.

Instead of granting a typical back-nine episodes for the show, however, the network is giving The Muppets an additional three episodes, making for a 16-episode season. According to The Hollywood Reporter, insiders say the shorter season "is to accommodate the network's midseason fare," including half hour comedies Uncle Buck and The Real O'Neals.

The Muppets, which offers a mature, comedic take on Jim Henson's beloved franchise, is Tuesday's highest-rated new show among adults. Big Bang Theory's Bill Prady and and 3rd Rock From the Sun's Bob Kushell serve as co-creators.

Z Nation: "The Collector" Review

Warning: Full spoilers for the episode below.

There was some buzz about "The Collector" prior to the start of the season because it features a guest appearance by A Song of Ice and Fire author George R.R. Martin. The premise of a man who collected unique zombie specimens was intriguing, and I have to say the final product ended up being absolutely exceptional. Last week I mentioned the show had been spinning its wheels with meaningful moments being lost in what was starting to feel like monotony. Well, "The Collector" is a refreshing and fun story with a great villain and some great moments.

Army of Darkness Collector's Edition Blu-ray Review

There have been a truly ridiculous amount of DVD and Blu-ray releases for the Evil Dead series, Army of Darkness included. Blunt Talk: Season 1 Review

Warning: Full spoilers for Blunt Talk: Season 1 follow.

After watching him dabble in comedy for years through special appearances and guest-spots, Patrick Stewart takes center stage as troubled but well-meaning political pundit Walter Blunt in Starz's great new comedy, Blunt Talk. Developed by Bored to Death's Jonathan Ames and produced by Family Guy's Seth McFarlane, Blunt Talk is a character-centric comedy that carries over all of the best elements of Ames' previous show. It frequently walks the line between pure absurdity and satire without forgetting that its characters think and feel like the rest of us.

This was an exceptionally strong debut season. Naturally, Walter was front and center. Though "I Seem to Be Running Out of Dreams for Myself" seemed to position the show as the story of Walter falling from the public's grace after an embarrassing scandal, Blunt Talk more or less moved on from this very quickly. Instead of focusing on the damage done to Walter's career (which appeared to be minimal), it instead explored how these events force him to reevaluate his personal relationships. We see him strive to be a better father, a better boss, a better friend, and a better lover. He succeeds in some and fails in many, but the desire for change is real and is what makes him so endearing as a character.

7 of the Creepiest Video Game Commercials Ever Made

Incorporating suspense and terror into a video game commercial isn't easy. That's probably why most ads in general go the comedy route.

But this collection of commercials showcases that scary is possible in a brief amount of time. And unsurprisingly, the classics are represented, from Resident Evil 2 to Silent Hill 2 to Dead Space.

So in celebration of Halloween, check out seven scary game commercials below (even though the first one wasn't intentionally creepy).

So which video got under your skin? I know it wasn't supposed to be scary, but that NES commercial from down under gives me the creeps. I'm also a fan of the Dead Space commercial for putting a new, dark twist on the song, "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star."

Minecraft: Story Mode Episode 2 - Assembly Required Review

Rather than building on its promising debut, Episode 2 of Minecraft: Story Mode stumbles. Called Assembly Required, it still has all of Episode 1's flaws, while introducing a few new ones of its own. Most of the humor and heart that balanced out the premiere's weaker elements and kept it enjoyable are sadly also absent. Combine all this with a distressingly short running time and the end result is a brief, forgettable adventure that feels of little consequence.

At the end of Episode 1, the stakes are made clear and the stage has been set. Jesse and his friends must reunite the legendary (or are they?) heroes The Order of the Stone to save the world from destruction. The episode ends with a trademark Telltale choice that had me scratching my chin in consideration: should I travel with one friend to recruit the brainy Order engineer Ellegaard, or go with another to find the Order's "griefer," Magnus?

WWE 2K16 Review

Wrestling games have been lost in a foggy region between arcade and simulation for well over a decade, but last year, WWE 2K15 took a big risk by pushing further into simulation territory than ever before. Despite how divisive this decision proved to be, WWE 2K16 doubles down on that, and it's all the better for it. I'm used to thinking about resource management and move spacing when I play fighting games, but not in a wrestling game. 2K16 has me thinking that way, and it rewards me for it, and despite the fact that it's still missing some features I love, that kept me coming back bout after bout.

Developers Yukes and Visual Concepts were on the right track last year when they added a stamina system and a chain wrestling system to create a greater sense of pace, and they've built on those successes beautifully.

The Once Upon a Time Twist That Left Amy Manson "Utterly Shocked"

Merida might be under the Dark One's control in the present day of Once Upon a Time, but in Sunday's episode "The Bear and the Bow," fans will get to see what the Brave character was like before she met up with Emma Swan.

IGN: Obviously things have heated up a little bit for Merida, but what can you preview for what we're going to be seeing in this Sunday's episode?

Manson: Her courage is tested, brothers' lives hang in the balance, and it's her mission to save her brothers from being killed. So that's a big part of this episode, and you'll find out she brings along Belle on her journey to help her, because she sees something at the start of the episode 6 -- she meets Belle in Storybrooke, and Belle does something that Merida sees that could help Merida on her mission to save her brothers. Rumor: Affleck's Solo Batman Movie Based On ...

Rumor has it that should The Batman -- the solo film reportedly starring (and possibly to be directed by) Ben Affleck and co-written by Geoff Johns -- happen, it will take its inspiration from two of the Caped Crusader's most popular and myth-shaking stories of recent times: "A Death in the Family" and "Under the Hood".

According to JoBlo, "the basic plotline of Affleck's solo Batfilm is that Jason Todd has returned from the grave as the Red Hood, working in the shadows to make people think he's Batman, while making  Batman look like a criminal. At the same time he leaves clues about his identity for Bruce/Batman to ultimately solve, leading to a confrontation that will involve Batman, Red Hood, and yes, The Joker, who will feature as a primary villain alongside Red Hood."

13 of the Scariest Moments in Non-Horror Games

Halloween is tomorrow, and horror fans everywhere are probably getting ready to replay some of their favorite scary games to celebrate the spooky occasion. We've already listed some of our favorite horror games to play this Halloween, but it turns out some of the weirdest, creepiest, most disturbing video game sequences actually come from games that aren't even part of the horror genre proper.

Here are some of the scariest moments in non-horror games.

Batman is a dark series to begin with, but I wouldn't classify the Arkham games as straight-up horror. That said, it was really awesome to see such a classically scary sequence in Batman: Arkham Asylum. It starts pretty tame: as you approach the double doors of the Arkham morgue, swarms of roaches begin to skitter across the dirty linoleum. Once inside, you might be prompted to roll your eyes: the spooky whispers and slamming freezer doors are a little cliche. But then you try to leave.

The 100: Season 2 Blu-ray Review

If you've been waiting to see the second season of The 100, now's your chance. Earlier this month, Season 2 arrived on DVD, along with an MOD Blu-ray release shortly after. On top of that, this weekend -- on Saturday, October 31st -- Season 2 will also arrive on Netflix, joining Season 1, and giving those who haven't seen any of this great show an opportunity to go full binge.

Initially, Season 2 was to only have a DVD release, but thankfully, it seems Warner Bros. heard the fans complaining about the lack of Blu-ray. Granted, the Blu-ray is not a wide release and has been made available via the Warner Archive Collection's Manufactured on Demand program, but its existence is cause for celebration.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is going to draw a lot of attention Daisy Ridley's way when it debuts in December. As such, Carrie Fisher recently shared a few words of advice with Ridley about becoming a sex symbol, a topic that the Rey actress was admittedly uncomfortable discussing.

In the latest issue of Interview Magazine (via THR), Fisher told the budding young actress to push back against the pressures to wear revealing clothing. "You should fight for your outfit," Fisher said. "Don't be a slave like I was."

How Stephen King Saved Evil Dead - Twice!

It's all true! According to Evil Dead director Sam Raimi, you can thank none other than Stephen King for the long-lived franchise that spawned Deadites, boomsticks, and of course, that immortal dimwit Ash. And now, the Evil Dead return in Ash vs. Evil Dead, the new Starz TV series which debuts this weekend. Judging by the first episode (directed by Raimi), AvED is everything a fan could hope for and more, a bloody fun return to the insanity of the beloved original trilogy of films.

In anticipation of the show's debut, I spoke with Mr. Raimi recently about the history of the Evil Dead -- how the first low-budget film came about, why a sequel was even made, and yes, how years ago it was Stephen King who made sure that we could all now live in an Evil Dead world. It's always fun to talk to Mr. Raimi, but I must confess this was a particularly thrilling chat for me as we geeked out over a franchise that we both love so dearly. I hope you guys enjoy our discussion as much as I (and I think he) did!

Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse Review

From George A. Romero's Night of the Living Dead to Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead, zombies - reanimated corpses who want nothing more than to eat soft and squishy living humans - have shuffled their way into popular culture. We've seen everything from over-the-top gore-fests to bleak, character-driven stories involving the hungry waves of the undead. Some movies have even turned the zombie apocalypse - which is a seriously horrifying scenario - into hilarious comedies. Now, director Christopher Landon's Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse is the latest film attempting to have fun with swarms of flesh-eating corpses.

As you can tell by the title, this one's all about a group of scouts who find themselves right in the middle of a zombie outbreak. Three high schoolers -- Ben (Tye Sheridan), Carter (Logan Miller), and Augie (Joey Morgan) -- are on a camping trip to celebrate Augie getting his latest patch. Even though Augie is passionate about being a scout, Ben and Carter really want to quit, and once Augie falls asleep, they're going to sneak away so they can check out the seniors' party - a party which is, of course, way more elaborate than like, 99.9% of actual high school parties. As Ben and Carter drive away and Augie's left on his own, their townsfolk are rapidly turned into zombies. It's not long before the duo bumps into Denise (Sarah Dumont), a cocktail waitress at a strip club who's also a badass with a shotgun, and they all attempt to save everyone who's left alive from the zombies.

The second that was revealed, it was obvious who they were: Malina and Tommy (aka Nathan), the two characters Heroes Reborn has been reminding us again and again are here to save the world. To hide them from Erica and Renautas, Hiro takes them back in time to 1999 so their powers will manifest the year after the Odessa attack (and the year after their birth/time they turn 16 -- time travel can be so confusing).

Burnt Review

During the movie Burnt, there's a scene between Bradley Cooper's rockstar chef Adam Jones and his protege/love interest at a Burger King. After she lists all the problems with the processed ingredients and the food's presentation, Adam stops her to say the only thing wrong with Burger King is that it's consistent, which spells "death" for any successful restaurant. And that's pretty much my opinion of Burnt. It's not the typical storyline or stock characters that are specifically the drawbacks (although those don't help); it's that it feels like almost every other tale-of-redemption story, with no unique qualities of its own.

For two years, Butler was PlayStation. While the honeymoon didn't last forever—as evidenced by the Sony lawsuit against Butler for appearing in a Bridgestone ad with Mario Kart Wii—there's no doubt he left a huge mark on the marketing side of the industry. As such, let's look back at his greatest hits below.

Boy Convinces Parents to Buy GTA 5 using PowerPoint

In an attempt to convince his parents to buy him Grand Theft Auto V, a 13-year-old boy put together a very professional-looking PowerPoint presentation offering facts, graphs, compromises, and pointed reasons for why he should be able to play Rockstar's open-world game. Check it out for yourself in the slideshow below.

The post appeared on NeoGAF, along with the information that the boy had created three separate slides for the end of his presentation based on what his parent's response to the presentation was. As far as we can tell, he was successful in his campaign.

Grand Theft Auto V is the latest installment in Rockstar Games' long-running open world franchise. Read IGN's Grand Theft Auto V review to learn more about heists and doing crime in a first-person perspective.

Karen O Created Tomb Raider's New Theme Song

Karen O, the lead singer of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, has created the theme song for Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics' upcoming action game Rise of the Tomb Raider.

According to Yahoo! News, the track, which is titled "I Shall Rise," will be featured at the end of the game, as well as in upcoming promotional material. Karen O is joined by guitarist David Pajo in the song.

"I think they wanted to bring on the melodrama with this song," Karen O said in a recent interview. "They wanted something emotional with a dramatic build. It's kind of the theme of Lara's creation myth, the moment that defines her becoming an icon. It was really juicy stuff for me. I'm really into making melodramatic songs."

J.J. Abrams Dodges George Lucas's Star Wars Question

In an new video from Vanity Fair, Abrams answers questions recorded by various celebrities, including Lee Daniels, Jared Leto and the cast of Silicon Valley. Some of the questions are more sincere than others, and Abrams is a good sport about all of them, especially when it comes to remaining Lost mysteries.

Hemlock Grove: Series Finale Review

Warning: this review contains full spoilers for the final episode of Hemlock Grove. You can also check out my spoiler-free review of the season as a whole.

If Hemlock Grove's third season didn't quite escape the hurdles that have plagued the show from the beginning, it certainly made a lot of strides in this final batch of episodes. The series finale was very fitting in that regard. Despite some lingering problems, "Brian's Song" ended the show on a mostly tragic note and ensured that every character received the ending they deserved.

Luckily, the focused remained on the rivalry between Roman and Peter, despite the former being seemingly killed by the latter in the previous episode. Given how integral their roller coaster of a friendship has been to the show, it would be a shame if Peter's "death" were the last word on the matter. This episode built up a fair amount of suspense as it maneuvered the two against one another. The actual showdown was pretty brief, but that might be just as well given how poor the show's CG effects are. At times it looked less like Bill Skarsgård was wrestling with a giant werewolf than simply flailing about in empty space.

Hemlock Grove: Season 3 Review

Note: this is a largely spoiler-free review of Hemlock Grove's third and final season.Click here for a spoiler-filled review of the final episode of Hemlock Grove

Beneath all the gore and sex and general campy weirdness, Hemlock Grove is a show about people who look like monsters on the outside slowly becoming monsters on the inside. That's very evident in the show's third and final season, which debuted on Netflix last week. This is by far the darkest and most depressing season of the three. And maybe because of that added darkness, it's also the best. As flawed as Hemlock Grove still is, at least it goes out on a high note.

"I dream of zombies eating me. I jump from rooftop to rooftop, and eventually I give up because I'm too fat, and they eat me. And I dream often of sharks… My dream with sharks is I'm going to the shore, and if I make It to the shore, I'm safe."

PS4 Sales Still Outpacing PS2, Closing in on 30 Million

Sony has released its financial report for the three months ending September 30, 2015, revealing PS4 sales continue to soar.

4 million consoles were sold in the three months before Sony's recently-announced price cuts came into effect, up from 3.3 million units in the same period last year. This brings the lifetime total to 29.3 million - by comparison, star-performer the PS2 had only managed 24.99 million in the same timeframe, though the original Wii managed 34.55 million.

As a result of this overperformance, the company has now raised the number of PS4 consoles it expects to sell this year from 16.5 million to 17.5 million. Last year it sold 14.8 million.

Notably, the company also flagged "an increase in PlayStation 4 software sales", though PS3 game sales are naturally starting to dwindle.

Yamaha Creates Humanoid Motorcycle-Driving Robot

Yamaha revealed its autonomous motorcycle-riding humanoid robot called Motobot during the Tokyo Motor Show currently taking place in Japan.

The announcement video demonstrates the cyborg-looking robot operating a motorcycle, equipped with training wheels, up to 102 kilometers per hour. The robot successfully corners, swerves and uses the throttle and clutch. No Top Gun-esque wheelies yet.

Motobot's robotic voiceover in the video addresses multiple MotoGP World Champion Valentino Rossi, saying "I was created to surpass you. But I'm not sure I can even beat the five-year-old you. I am improving my skills everyday. Perhaps if I learned everything about you, I would be able to catch up. The way you ride is both beautiful and exciting. I am not human but there has to be something that only I am capable of. I am Motobot. I was created to surpass you."

Black Magick #1 Review

No Halloween would be complete without a spooky new release, a bill Greg Rucka and Nicola Scott aim to fill with Black Magick #1. The latest debut to hit Image Comics' ever fruitful stable, Black Magick makes an instant impression with its murky musings and strikingly bleak aesthetic. While the debut leaves a few threads feeling left a bit too close to the vest, the resulting read still impresses with its engaging lead and pore-worthy art.

The opening pages of issue #1 are at once moody, Scott's ink soaked panels crafting an immediate sense of unease. It's a familiar sort of setup, yet just when you think you know what comes next, Rucka's story pulls an immediate and humorous U-turn, offering something decidedly different. This transition proves both a boon and a hindrance for the issue as a whole, as while there's a definite uniqueness to the read, the depths of said uniqueness remain almost frustratingly out of sight.

South Park: "Tweek x Craig" Review

Warning: Full spoilers for the episode follow.

It's a tale as old as time: Boy meets boy, boy doesn't like boy, boy and boy are made out to be gay, so they stage a breakup to get the Asian-American students to stop drawing yaoi of them. Classic, right?

Well, as it turns out, it's not totally unrealistic. In fact, it came to my attention earlier this week that Tweek and Craig yaoi has apparently been going on for years. (If I were to guess, it probably started around South Park: Season 3, following the debut of the similarly titled "Tweek vs. Craig.") How it took Matt and Trey this long to exploit this fanon (which again I stress is actually a thing) is beyond me, but I'm so very glad they did, because it resulted one of the funniest episodes of South Park for me in recent memory -- definitely this season.
