I have a Samsung S4 locked to the T-Mobile/EE network in the UK.
The phone has suddenly stopped working.
When I do manage to switch it on, the phone vibrates and then the Samsung logo comes up but the background screen is all jumbled up, like its scrambled. I have tried getting the phone into Safe Mode, but it didn't work. I have also tried recovery mode, but some blue text comes on the top left of the screen and it just stays there.
I got these details from the stick in the back of the Phone if it helps.

I am not that technically minded, but if steps are shown I can work it out, if there is a fix.
