How do I solve insuffiecient storage error in my phone with 800 mb of free space?

I just rooted my Samsung Galaxy S Duos. Files with less than 20 mb could not installed it says insufficient storage. But, Files more than 50 mb and even 200 mb could be installed. Please help me. I'm just a 13 yr old kid
