Plz help me to use the MHL and OTG cable.

Hello,
The screen/digitizer of my i9300 is broken. I want to use it on a TV with a mouse.
I just bought this MHL/OTG cable :

I plug the main device to the microUSB of the phone, than I plug the microUSB to the cable power of the phone and I plug the HDMI output to my TV.
I get no signal on the TV.
Here is my set up :

Am I missing something?
