XT1550:Moto camera infinite video recording (logcats included)

I am on CM 13 29-MAY-2015 build with AGNI 2.8 kernel. When I take a video from moto camera, it records fine. But when I stop.it, the button is shown as pressed (glows green) but the recording doesn't stop. The video is not saved. I had renamed camera_click.ogg, camera_focus.ogg, VideoRecord.ogg and VideoStop.ogg to .bak extensions. Upon restoring them, the moto camera records fine but upon stopping, both VideoStop.ogg and then VideoRecording sounds are played. This time, video is saved fine.
I have tried various methods to solve this- uninstalling->reinstalling moto camera, remove xposed, uninstalled skynet mod, removed custom kernel, disabled apps such as greenify,servicely,power nap etc. but no avail.

I am pretty sure a clean install or a nandroid would fix it but I want to get an idea on this so future problems can be avoided. I have attached 3 logcats just to get as much info as I could. Anyone interested can have a peek at the logcats and guide me.
