I bought an HTC 10 recently and have had it for about 5 days. I was very happy with it up until today. I went out on a motorcycle ride and the camera no longer wants to focus. It keeps trying and only vibrates and buzzes. It looks like this is a common issue with HTC phones.
The camera worked fine the first half of the trip because I used it without any issues. I noticed the problem after trying to use it again after I got home.
Is this a hardware issue that requires phone replacement?
I'm honestly very disappointed that this happened. I put over 10,000 motorcycle miles on my Motorola last year and never had a single issue. I'm probably just going to return the phone and get something else.
I bought an unlocked version and had to flash the Verizon radios in order to get the phone to work. Will this be a problem if I return the phone? Do I need to flash the stock ROMS and revert back to S-ON?
