Developer 343 Industries has confirmed Master Chief's face will not be revealed in Halo 5: Guardians.
Speaking to Game Rant at Microsoft's Canada X15 event, creative director Tim Longo confirmed that Spartan 117 will not be taking his helmet off at any point in the game. "I actually don’t even know if I can talk about that," he said when asked if fans might finally see John's face. "He doesn’t take his helmet off."
